Shipping Policy

At Heyday, all items are made to order and delivered once production is complete.

1. Shipping Availability

Heyday currently ships within Egypt only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping to locations outside our regular delivery areas may be reviewed upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees vary depending on the client’s location, order size, item type, and any specific delivery requirements.

The final delivery fee will be confirmed by the Heyday team before dispatch.

3. Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready for delivery, one of our team members will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery address, and any important access details before delivery is scheduled.

4. Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that the ordered items can pass through all required access points, including building entrances, apartment doors, elevators, staircases, corridors, and room openings.

Heyday will not be responsible if an item cannot be delivered due to access limitations or incorrect measurements provided by the client.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, client unavailability, or site conditions, additional delivery charges may apply.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are kindly requested to inspect their order carefully upon delivery.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery-related concerns must be reported immediately at the time of receipt, before signing or confirming acceptance of the delivery.

Once the order has been received and accepted, Heyday will not be responsible for any damage, missing items, or claims reported afterwards.

6. Delivery Delays

Heyday aims to deliver orders within the scheduled delivery timeframe. However, delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, access issues, client availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

In case of any expected delivery delay, our team will do its best to keep the client informed.
